I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Chase (Chicago, IL) in Sep 2013
Interview
Set up multiple interviews with Brancha manger, then district manager, may be interviewed by another more senionred branch manager. Would ask questions around motivational techniques, experience, how to handle HR issues, how to use reporting and then creat action plans on that reporting.

Question 1
Why do you want this positions? Seems simple, but most people don't have a real good answer because it is a retail bank.
Typical interview. First HR rep reaches out then you talk to a recruiter and then they will set up with hiring manager after that. Not too bad at all. Especially in this industry. Typical.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Chase
Interview
Initial contact was phone screen with recruiter. Advanced to next round with (2) Market Directors. Standard questioning, took roughly 2.5 weeks to be told I didn’t get position, but was encouraged to keep applying. Applied again, interviewed with same (2) Market Directors; (2) additional Market Directors 2 weeks later. Heard nothing back, inquired for a status update proactively and was sent a generic email response that the position was no longer being filled. Truly a bit of a bummer, they claim to want top tier talent but drag their feet on very qualified candidates. I’d recommended not taking an entire Summer enticing a potential candidate with shreds of hope, only to be essentially ghost them while you go on vacation. Multiple times. Best wishes to all, clearly there is a set template for all incoming managers. Not sure what that entails, the National sales awards I have earned surely didn’t mean much to hiring leadership.

Question 1
How would you describe an exceptional customer experience?
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Chase (Chicago, IL)
Interview
Had a one on one interview with the Market Director. He began the interview taking a phone call mid sentence. Then during the interview continued to check his phone and send messages. At one point, he didn't hear anything I said and asked the same question he did at the beginning.
