Seemed highly unorganized. Sat in a room with two individuals who went back and forth trying to decide what to ask me. Altogether, unimpressive, even though I accepted their offer. Management has high turnover, and is often promoted from within. While that does mean there are growth opportunities, they often don't come with security

What is your best attribute that you can contribute to a customer's experience
Well it was very casual. Asked for basic information on past experience and education. Asked if I was comfortable handing money and interacting with customers. Very easy and similar to what you would expect from a retail position
Interview was quick. Interviewed with HR and then the branch the branch manager. Interview questions were STAR method questions and asked about past customer service experience. They take you around and introduce you to others at the branch

not bad at all, quite lengthy the human recourse lady was helpful and I got to ask a lot of questions. they would ask you about your last job expereince and also expectations
