Usually multiple rounds, but varies. I was coming out of college so I had an on campus interview followed by a super day in which there was three interviews. The interviews varied in difficulty level. Some were mostly gauging personality while others included technical problem solving requiring a pen and paper.

Interview
Interview canceled day before scheduled. Hiring manager decided not to fill role. Process to get to interview stage was convoluted, and last minute cancellation was disrespectful of the candidate’s time.
Slow and somewhat disorganized. Most people were friendly. In general not prepared though. It was overall a fine experience. I did not recieve an offer. This company seems like it would be a good spot to work.
