recruiter chat, hiring manager phone screen. The hiring manager called (late), she started asking me about my current experience, which she doesn't sound interested at all. Then she asked what makes you a good fit for this role and why are you interested. Again she didn't show any interest or enthusiasm to my answer or background at all. Then she goes "I don't think we have the same expectation for this role, we should cut the call short". That was 5 mins into the call. Overall she sounded very rude and was in a rush for something. didn't even want to explain what exactly the responsibility of this role is. If you are hiring people but can't make what you are looking for well understood, I mean..anyways, I had heard Nordstrom is a great place to work, well I am glad I don't have to work with people like this hiring manager.
