One of the questions asked before I began the phone interview was describe your thinking process. if you found a mistake in your work how would you approach the error, fix it and prevent it from happening again?

They came to my campus to give a presentation. They were requesting resumes through the department head. I applied and got a call. They interviewed me the day after their presentation. The interview was very easy and not stressful. They went over basic star questions. In the end, I didn't get an offer, but overall it was a great experience.
