The interview process consisted of a 20-minute pre-screen phone call and two virtual interviews via RingCentral. During the pre-screen call, the talent acquisition specialist goes over your resume in detail and inquires about your work experience, transferable skills, why you want to work at ChenMed, and what you know about the company. If you get to move forward, you will have 2 or 3 additional interviews (depending on the department) with the hiring manager and supervisor. Both of the interviews I had were behavioral style, so I was asked a lot of "tell me about a time" questions. Both interviewers I spoke to were very welcoming and kind, which made the whole process a lot less stressful. Just be yourself and you will do great! I was offered the position the very next day.
