Hello, thank you for taking the time out to review us and glad the experience with the recruiter was a positive one. Our mission focus and passion for our value system is what drives our organization to achieve amazing patient outcomes and keeps us grounded and knowing the "why" behind why we are here. We do recite our core values as a reminder of the significant impact of what we are doing and positive impact on people's lives so as much as overall skill-set matters, alignment to mission, a strong patient-centric mind-set and belief system of serving our Seniors are just as important to us, if not more so than experience. Part of our realistic job preview is ensuring full transparency and having prospective candidates knowing ahead of time these culture items that define us. As you mentioned, you found it strange and vocalized it in your interview (which is perfectly okay to see it that way and we appreciate your candor) but being that Core values are a main driver for us, allowed you and us to see that it may not be a fit.
