Typical interview process with assessment, HR phone screen, in person with hiring manager and onsite HR & a final phone interview with the regional manager. While the interview process was normal there was a severe lack of communication after moving through the entire process. As a suggestion, if a candidate goes through all rounds, at minimum a “thank you applying” email as it shows a level of respect for the time spent- a 2 month process.
