Chaotic. Disorganized. Poor communication. Made me drive a 6 hr trip multiple times for interviews but wouldn’t reimburse me for my mileage or time. Their interview process takes months to fill one position. The Hiring Manager is not the hiring manager and gets no say in the selection process. Depressing, negative, me-first culture abounds in every location. The company is not run with accountability or clear purpose. After 4 rounds of interviews, they ghosted me. I’m still listed as “Interviewing” in their system. They’re clueless.
