I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Chevron (Houston, TX) in Oct 2019
Interview
It was campus interview. Only behavior questions were asked. It lasted around 30 mins. And it was one to one interview. I applied to a PhD intern postion. Firstly the interviewer would ask you some information like work arthorization and then when through the resume asked question based on your resume. Finally several behavior questions were asked.

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Chevron (Houston, TX) in Sep 2025
Interview
Interviewed by two people in the respective field. They were very welcoming and made the interview process less nerve-racking. The questions they asked were normal interview questions, not very many difficult questions were asked.
The interview process was on Zoom with a four person panel. I received a lot of behavioral questions such as, “tell me a time when…” Each interviewee went and asked me multiple questions. It wasn’t as conversational as most interviews are at the beginning, but after being more comfortable, my personality was able to shine at the end.

Question 1
Tell me a time when you had a conflict at work or school
Single round online call with the hiring manager. Questions include personality/fit stuff and slightly more technical questions include asking about your excel proficiency and other data visualisation tools. Overall an easy interview.
