Interview
Chevron recruited heavily from my university, so the itnerview was set-up through my university's career website. They notified me by phone within two weeks of the interview that I had the offer, and specified where I would be based and the team I would be working with. They provided numerous contacts to answer any questions I might have while I was deliberating the offer.

Question 1
All questions were personality-based:
Name a time you did not get along with a team member; what did you do to resolve the issue?
Name a time you worked in a team and things went well.
What are your greatest strengths?
What are your hobbies?
Pretty nice. Almost nothing mentioned about academic performance. We chatted more about behavior questions such as describing a scenario that you got into a disagreement with your partner and how you solved it.
