I did recruitment through my university, and was emailed about interviewing for the position. The interview was strictly behavioral, and I was informed ahead of time that it would be in STAR format. The interview was a little under 1 hour long. I was asked behavioral questions in STAR format.

Interview
I applied online and met the recruiters at my university career fair. I was asked to interview the very next day in person at the campus career center. The interview was straightforward and entirely behavioral. They asked me to answer questions using the STAR (Situation, Task, Action and Result) method and did not ask too many follow up questions.

Interview
Interview process was very simple, a short phone interview with the hiring manager for the specific position/ group followed by a 30 minute phone interview with a general HR rep.
