It was strenuous.
Had to do an aptitude test and then a skill test before proceeding to the interview stage. In all, I think it could've been more seamless as Dragnet's network wasn't also helping issues.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Chevron (San Ramon, CA) in Jun 2014
Interview
One generic screening call from recruiter, nothing about the job, followed by one 1 hour group interview onsite. Was pretty generic, likely only got hired because I know people in the company.
