3:1 Phone interview, covered a variety of materials including how I handle group dynamics, but also had technical questions. i.e. What do I think is a better process for an application.
Heard back a week later inviting me for an on-site interview. On-site interview involved meeting a lot of different people. Some were very friendly, others seemed suspicious of me. Very safety conscious company, one interviewer asked me to list and describe various recent industrial and laboratory accidents that I was aware of.
(Pre-COVID Era) Four person interview panel reading a series of questions. Most are behavioral relating to safety and environmental. The hiring manager will follow up post-interview and let you know if you are the successful candidate or not.
