Virtual - Team/Zoom Style: On the first interview 2 of 5 people were on camera, it was awkward. For the second interview, 4 of 4 were not on camera... uncomfortable to say the least. I was talking with no feedback. It felt so discourteous to me, so I asked them to come on camera. They refused and I suggested to end the interview. Interview done, and over. No thanks... with that type of treatment during the interview, you can surmise how you would be treated as a contractor coming on board. Employers note - we interview you too. You are lucky to have us bring our experience, time and talent to your organization. Your superiority may work during a recession, when we are desperate for work. But guess what, I am not desperate for work. Dodged a bullet with this company!
