Talk about a time when you had to disagree with your peers
The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Chewy in Jul 2021
Interview
A few phone screens and then a full day portfolio presentation and series of interviews.
Process was totally disorganized and there were no-shows to the portfolio review. Some interviewers clearly had not even looked at my resume; one was reluctant to talk about company culture. After reading other Glassdoor reviews it seems clear why.
The whole process was fairly disrespectful.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you were asked to deliver one thing and you knew another thing was needed.
I applied online. I interviewed at Chewy (Charleston, SC) in Jan 2019
Interview
I have 25 years of experience in apparel and product design for big labels in the fashion industry and couldn’t get past the first level phone interview. The girl got off the phone leaving me thinking they were going to be getting back to me for next steps and then I never heard from them. She didn’t respond to any of my follow up emails. Very disappointing how unprofessional companies are these days just basic courtesy. I got an automated rejection email about 40 days after phone interview.
