They are very choosy on who they pick and allow to represent their company so be ready to sit in several interviews. Even though I did not get the job it was still a good experience.

Recruiter reached out, scheduled phone interview with director. Questions were very data specific as they are struggling implementing data tracking for employees. No way to answer questions without starting at reports from my previous role. Interviewer was very unengaged and clearly had not seen my resume or prepared in any way.
