Interview
very friendly team, met with many different people. A little difficulty scheduling as coordination with multiple teams etc. to be expected. All in all, good process and Good questions. Meeting a variety of people in different roles is always a good idea to get a feel for the company

Interview
Recruiting Team was very helpful and dependable. Phone screen with the recruiting team was productive and consisted of good questions. Subsequent video interviews with the HM and their manager were more haphazard with questions not evaluating potential. Onsite interview was a repeat of the same questions in the video interviews. One question was repeated by the HM and Directer during the onsite and was inappropriate. Asking a candidate why they didn’t job hunt while still employed has no bearing on the value of a potential employee. Additionally I was put on the spot to solution a dispute the HM was having with the site leader over lost space that was taken and converted to storage and a conference room. Not only did the the HM and the Director ask me the same question, but so did the site leader, very awkward. At the end of the onsite, I was given a tour in which the current IT office (reasonably sized and laid out well) was pointed out along with all of the unused conference rooms as well as the space that was taken from IT. The anger of what
took place was still very raw and made the interview very uncomfortable.
