Chewy Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

I had a interview on June 28th 2017. My interviewer was Brian, he was amazing I was super nervous but he insured me that everything was going to be okay. He let me know that if I was to get it that he'll send me a background check link and that I'll hear from him by the end of Wednesday night which was the day that I interviewed. He sent me the link to do a background check within 20 minutes of me walking out his office. He was so caring and so intelligent and so amazing and just so outgoing it made me feel like chewy is the place that I wanted to be. The background check took 7 business days, I got a response this morning which is Friday July 7th 2017 letting me know that I start my training on Monday. I had a very great experience with the whole interviewing and hiring process it was absolutely amazing and I hope everyone has the same experiences I did. Good luck on the job search.

I had an interview set for 1:00 pm. I had come early, was signed in with security and sat down to wait. It was not until almost 1:30 pm before my interviewer sat me down at a computer to do an assessment and a typing test. After I had completed the test I had to wait another 10 minutes for my interviewer to show up and give me a 3 minute face to face interview. She basically said they were going to move forward with me and send me an email regarding a background check and gave me 2 options for a day to do my training. I had gotten an email at 5:54 pm from Chewy recruiting saying that I was not picked for the job.
