After a friend at the school put in my resume I was contacted to set up a phone screening interview. After the phone screening I was invited to interview in person in a panel interview a few days later. Was told they had a few other interviews to complete and would get back to me, but never heard anything from them again.

Interview
Assistant principal called me and set up an interview. Interview was virtual and I was interviewed by the principal and the assistant principal of the school. I was offered a position on the spot contingent on the results of the drug test/background check. I accepted.
Very easy process. Received an email for date to be interviewed and got the job on the spot. I had all the qualifications needed to work at the school which made it transparent
