Applied to an internship with chick-fil-a. Providing a cover letter, and resume, provided details about myself. At the time, they flew me out for an in-person visit and interview following an online interview.

The interview was pretty laid back, but make sure you research the history of the company, and you're able to explain why you want to work for them specifically. There were a handful of situational questions, so make sure that you have examples of anything related to solving conflicts between employees and customers.
