I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Chick-fil-A Restaurants (Boca Raton, FL) in Jan 2024
Interview
From my personal point of view, the Chick-fil-A interview process feels very welcoming and values-focused compared to other jobs I’ve applied for. It usually starts off simple, with either a quick phone call or being invited in to meet with a manager, and right away they make it clear that they care about who you are as a person just as much as your work experience. The questions I was asked leaned more toward how I handle customer service, teamwork, and stressful situations rather than technical skills, which made me feel like they wanted to know if I would be a good fit for their culture. The environment during the interview felt professional but also warm, and it gave me the impression that Chick-fil-A really prioritizes hiring people who are respectful, dependable, and motivated to serve others.

Interview
I've applied for 2 locations and had interviews there. It depends on the restaurant and the manager there for each since they're independently-operated. It takes 3 rounds, but you first meet the supervisor. However, you might meet the manager in first round.
It was pretty okay, though.

Interview
The interview process included three separate interviews. The first was a basic screening focused on availability and general interest in the position. The second interview went more in depth about customer service experience and teamwork. The final interview was with higher-level management and focused on character, work ethic, and fit with the company’s values. Overall, the process was organized but thorough.
