I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ChildCare Careers (Sacramento, CA) in Nov 2019
Interview
Very open, quick, very informational, good to have all id available, and a good resume, and reference sheet. They walk you through all background checks, fingerprints, and other paperwork. You usually have to meet 2 to 3 times to go over everything before starting out in the field.

The interview process was fairly similar. You submit your application and then they give you a phone call interview. Lastly, you go in person submit some documents and your availability. Finally, you will begin to get some requests for opportunities to work.
I interviewed at ChildCare Careers (Philadelphia, PA)
Interview
It was pretty easy and not that complex unlike some interviews that relate to the child care field. The interview I had was by phone call and I find that should be easy with most people.
