The application was online and once completed, I was contacted for a phone screening/interview. 3-4 questions were asked and I was told I would be contacted in a few weeks about getting an interview in person.

What was a time when you had to make a decision quickly and what was the outcome?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Children's Health (Dallas, TX) in May 2022
Interview
They sent out a google form to select what unit you were interested in. Then if selected you received an email to sign up for an interview for the unit you selected. The interview itself was 3 nurses interviewing me over zoom. It was about 30 minutes. They introduced them selves asked me about 5 questions then asked if I had any questions for them.

Interview
I applied online and a few weeks later received an email with a few questions and unit preferences. I interviewed first with the recruiter and then my second interview took place with managers and educators on the specific units. They asked behavioral-based questions.

Interview
Contacted via email from the recruiter for the first round of interviews. He asked for an email response in 3 days to 3 questions and a ranking of my top 3 units. Then I was contacted a month later for in-person interviews. I was told I would be contacted in a week if I got the job.
