This is General feedback regarding hiring an applicant that needs sponsorship. Either you should remove the option to select "you need sponsorship or not" while applying(because that is of no use) or tell the recruiter to ask this as the first question before going further. After spending 40min on call, it feels horrible and useless to come to know that you don't sponsor.
