First they contact you by email asking for a call interview. After the call interview, you are invited to come to the office for another interview. Make some questions about your past jobs, experiences, what kind of experience are you looking for, why dior?, etc... It takes 10 days to receive an answer.

Tell about your most difficulty at your past job and how did you solve it.
Took about a month! Was easy after recruiting and the manager. Took about a month to get an offer from the first conversation. Good communication throughout the process and I felt like they updated me as much as they could.

Vier rondes dmv gesprekken met verschillende afdelingen, gesprekken face to face of videogesprekken. Eerste ronde met de assistent boutique manager gehad, tweede ronde met de Store Director. Derde ronde een gesprek met de Area manager, de vierde ronde met HQ/HR Parijs.
