The first step consisted of an online recording of several questions with. a time limit of 1 minute per question. Then, the next stage was a one-on-one phone call with the hiring manager.

Question 1
There were many questions about the history of Christian Dior and the past creative directors of the luxury house.
Took about a month! Was easy after recruiting and the manager. Took about a month to get an offer from the first conversation. Good communication throughout the process and I felt like they updated me as much as they could.

Vier rondes dmv gesprekken met verschillende afdelingen, gesprekken face to face of videogesprekken. Eerste ronde met de assistent boutique manager gehad, tweede ronde met de Store Director. Derde ronde een gesprek met de Area manager, de vierde ronde met HQ/HR Parijs.
