it is conducted via zoom and group interviews with 8 other candidates. the interviewer is friendly and the process is smooth. It has nothing to worry about and just preparing well is fine.
Cover letter, resume and video interview about the mentorship program. Not very long process, but they don't get back to you and they don't keep you updated on the status of your application.

Women@dior, very polite while talking. More of a conversation than an interview, it was a great experience. It was a video interview. It lasted 20 minutes. They ask general questions, not too hard. But they will take interest in knowing who you are as a person.
