CV and general application forms, a question about your reflections of the art market, then a HireVue interview, then an assessment centre, then an in-person interview as the final stage
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell us about yourself and why you are suited to the role
Hirevue interview then online assessment. Hirevue was straightforward with questions on background teamwork time management etc and online assessment was a smooth process. At the end of the hirevue there was a picture task and then some gamified tests.
An initial emailed HireVue interview request with multiple STARR based questions about past work and life experiences. Around 5 to 6 questions with a minute to prepare followed with a few minutes to answer each.
You first submit a written application, and if successful, you’re invited about a month later to complete a HireVue video interview with timed, recorded answers. A few weeks after that, there’s an online exam. If you pass, the final stage is an in-person interview or assessment day with deeper interviews and possibly case studies or group exercises.
