I applied online. I interviewed at Christie's (Hong Kong)
Interview
A digital interview powered by Hirevue. The interview took around 15 minutes. I was asked to answer questions on the screen, and record my answer. Before the interview, you can practice recording your answer and have mock interview through Hirevue which I found quite helpful.
Interview questions [3]
Question 1
what is the biggest challenge you ever faced in work
An initial emailed HireVue interview request with multiple STARR based questions about past work and life experiences. Around 5 to 6 questions with a minute to prepare followed with a few minutes to answer each.
Hirevue interview then online assessment. Hirevue was straightforward with questions on background teamwork time management etc and online assessment was a smooth process. At the end of the hirevue there was a picture task and then some gamified tests.
You first submit a written application, and if successful, you’re invited about a month later to complete a HireVue video interview with timed, recorded answers. A few weeks after that, there’s an online exam. If you pass, the final stage is an in-person interview or assessment day with deeper interviews and possibly case studies or group exercises.
