30 minutes straightforward interview with general questions about client service and how to handle different customers. Very courteous atmosphere. The hiring manager firstly asked me some personal questions and then moved to more technical ones.

Follow up with a written test to work on. Its okay as long as you have relevant experience for Luxury goods.
Relatively standard interview with standard questions. A lot of questions about working in a fast-paced environment of handling different communication channels, working in a team, etc. Interviewed by 2 people.
Very easy - general questions that reflect the entry role. Met with 3 different people across the operations team. Overall, they were friendly and didnt keep me waiting for an answer for long.
