Pretty straightforward. There were two rounds of interviews and the questions weren't very hard. They asked about prior experience and asked what I would change about their current business model. I heard back from them within a week of my interviews.

Conversational, then met with team and additional managers. asked a lot of questions about experience and career goals. Asked about cooking experience as well as front of house. Afterwards interviewed on POS system
It was an interesting interview to say the least. I felt i wasn't the right fit almost immediately, however i stayed for the whole interview and decided that the pay wasn't worth the extra work

rude and overly personal. didn't seem like he cared at all. worst manager ever and worst interview ever. staff was very friendly though, I do believe he was racist on this occasion in my opinion
