Interview
I got call from ciena for face to face interview for technical round.The interviewer was a manager from hiring team and asked me about my present role and reason for change.Then he went ahead and asked about the process i follow in my work in current company.Interviewer was less concerned about my technical knowledge and withing 25 minutes he was done.I told him that he didnt ask about my technical expertise , then i got to know that , he was following some other JD and the JD i got from HR was different.So interviewer got bit shaken and to do damage control he told me to give minimum 15 minute presentation on any network protocol.I had given almost 20 minutes presentation and got feed back that i explained well, but after 1 day HR gave me negative feedback and rejected me.
