A call set with Both HR managers and Project managers, Ciena hires both contractors and Full time employees. A good company for a stable career. The environment is lovely and the benefits are quite good.

Interview
The process was in three stages. First got a phone call from the senior director(1 hr) to discuss my CV and experience. It was a new graduate position so more emphasis was on my master thesis work. The second stage was an on video call with a member of the team to access my programming and problem solving skills(1 hr and 30 mins). Final step was a face to face with the senior director and his boss(2 hours).
