One-to-one interview with someone who was unprepared. Didn’t seem to know much about my background or the position. I believe this person was asked to fill in to complete the interview last minute due to illness.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Cincinnati Children's Hospital

Email first from recruiter to schedule phone interview. Then interview in person with panel a few days later. It all went fairly easy. The panel members were very pleasant and relaxed.
