Created an account on their website and applied. I was contacted after my resume was reviewed and asked to schedule an interview in person at the hospital. I was interviewed by one person and she was one of the unit managers. I was given a tour and was offered the position that day

Interview
I first had a phone screening that lasted around 10 minutes going over a few questions and the job description. I was notified then about scheduling an in-person interview with the manager of the childcare program. This conversation-based interview lasted about 45 minutes then followed by an hour-long shadowing. I heard back the next day.

Phone interview took about 35 minutes. Questions were mostly relevant to the job title and the information available on the posting. They also asked me if I had watched the "a day in the life of Behavioral Health Specialist" by the hospital (I had not). Was called for in-person interview after a week.

Interview
First you go through a pre-screening interview where you answer some questions virtually. It took a very long time for them to answer but I went in for an initial interview and then got asked to come back to shadow. I received the offer in a little less than a week.
