Cincinnati Children's Hospital interview questions

Was interviewed via zoom. I first applied for a hybrid cash posting position, then I was called saying I’d be perfect for this position ( CSR II) I said if you think I’d be best for the position then sure! Went through 3 rounds of interviews back to back on zoom. Was told by 3 different people that I didn’t need experience for the position- and was told that I had great experience in customer service to even get a higher pay than minimum. I repeat- was told MULTIPLE times I didn’t need experience. Then the next few days I contacted the HR to ask a question of a difference relevance- to be told that they aren’t going to continue with me because I lacked experience in healthcare ,billing and financing. To remind you I didn’t apply for this position originally I was recommended by the HR DEPARTMENT, they have my resume.. to say I didn’t have any experience but yet they literally have my experience in their hand and recommend it me. And finally why say I don’t need experience from 3 different interviewers one being the actual manager. To tell me I didn’t get the job because of not having experience. I believe it’s because I told them that it’s against my religion for vaccinations. Because they contradicted themselves several times, giving me so much hope during my interview to tell me something completely different.
