Cinemark Assistant Manager interview questions

Ad on Craigslist. Called in within 2 days for interview that was scheduled a couple days later. Interview had very basic questions. After first interview a second interview was scheduled. Second interview was very easy going and just went over the details of the job and filled out a paper form for background check.

From store to store the hiring process will vary based on who is holding the interview. That being said, Cinemark is looking for individuals that are out going. Showing you can keep a conversation and that you're an enjoyable person to talk to is the most important thing to have. Be interesting, a common question they will ask is what is your favorite movie. It doesn't really matter what movie you pick but how excited you are about explaining it. Although you don't need a suit and tie for your interview, be sure not to under dress. Torn jeans and a hoodie will not impress anyone.
