Interview
Sat in the lobby with 20 other people. I was the 5th to arrive but there was no structure so I ended up interviewing second to last. Obviously a lot of friends of people who already worked there so some bias.

Question 1
Basic questions. Availability, and personality type questions.
Show up early/on time, that's very important! Interview process was easy, I was hired on the spot. Just answer the questions well and show enthusiasm. I would also recommend making it known about your communication skills.
5 rounds of interviews, both technical and in front of the Cinemark board of directors. Absolutely appropriate for the level of expertise required for this role. I had a very easy process, love this company!
The interview process was fairly simple. I had to go through the first interview with a manager, and the second one with the general manager. They asked basic questions like, tell us about your work experience or what is your favorite movie?
