The key is to come across confident and courteous when answering the questions asked of you. If you can get them to give you a head nod, you're likely doing well. You know you got it when you're asked when can you start.

Show up early/on time, that's very important! Interview process was easy, I was hired on the spot. Just answer the questions well and show enthusiasm. I would also recommend making it known about your communication skills.
