Interview
It was pretty lengthy for a minimum wage job but fairly straight forward. I went in for two separate days and talked to multiple managers and then the general manager. Overall, they asked mostly about work ethic, personal interests, personality and former work experiences. They are always looking for new hard working employees who are willing to work weekends and holidays during the summer and winter.

What are some of the reasons that you want to work at Cinemark?
There was only one interview that was done in the main lobby area of the building. It wasn't a horrible spot but it was very public and distracting. Basic questions.
Interview was easy going and was asked basic behavioral questions. Met with two different managers and interview was about 30 minutes. Heard back within a week and accepted the job offer.

Conversational interview where they asked me basic questions about me. They asked about my favorite movie, extra curriculars, why I want to work there. It was about 60 minutes and they gave me the job after the interview
