I applied through college or university. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Cintas (Toronto, ON) in Feb 2016
Interview
Applied through school fair with resume.
30 Min phone interview, which proceeded to a 30 minute in person interview with the HR manager, and then 45 minutes with the sales person after. Lastly, with a HR person and the GM of one of the branches.
Multiple Interviews and one in person. Nice people and good interview questions. Only negative was the follow up. I had to reach back out to see if I was still being considered or not.
It was a fairly easy interview process. They asked questions about what I did in college as far as academics and internships. Nothing too difficult was covered. As long as you prepare, you will be fine.
They recruited me out of school. I had 8 rounds of interviews, and was promised the job in the second to last interview with the last being a formality. They rescheduled my final interview three times with three different people. Ultimately did not get the role.
