They used the star method for guiding the interview. Should help as an outline. When I noticed the their approach. It made the intervention fast and smooth. Got the job in less then a two weeks with 3 rounds of interviews and paid ride along.

It took incredibly long. At least 4 months to get hired. Absolutely ridiculous, when they were hurting for employees, due to high turnover. I found the interview process to be stressful, lengthy and frustrating.

They asked STAR questions. Amongst a ton of other questions.
Ride alongs and multiple interviews. More time consuming than you'd expect, but worth the effort as it results in dedicated, competent staffing. They'll make sure you're a fit for the job, which isn't for everyone due to the physical, high energy and thorough nature of the day to day activities.
first you will do a ride-along with another SSR then return to be interviewed. 3 interview process
1 with HR, 1 with lower level managers, and 1 with the general manager
