To be honest I wouldn’t waste your time with this interview process! I have interviewed with this company 2x, once in April of 2024 where upper leadership said I didn’t have enough sales experience (even though I had 2+years) the next in January of 2026 where the local sales manager reached out and said they remembered our conversation and said something along the lines of I was on her short list of people she wanted to speak to again! However, during my interview they assumed I had no sales experience even though my resume which was right in front of them laid out a number of sales and account management experience, after my interview with them I only received the unfortunately we will not be moving forward as well as a call from the recruiter telling me the same thing. I tried to connect with the sales manager again they didn’t respond. I would not be willing to interview again and waste my time and energy interviewing for this role a third time!
