I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Cintas (Little Rock, AR) in Apr 2016
Interview
Interview process was quite drawn out. Originally met with recruiter at on campus event. First step was an on-campus interview with a current management trainee. Second step was at plant location with Sales Manager and HR rep. Third interview was with General Manager. Final interview required you to visit regional office to visit with Regional Director. This could be slightly inconvenient for interviewees located out of state.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Mostly situational questions. "When is a time you failed, and how did you learn from it?" "Describe a time you took initiative on a project."
It was a fairly easy interview process. They asked questions about what I did in college as far as academics and internships. Nothing too difficult was covered. As long as you prepare, you will be fine.
Multiple Interviews and one in person. Nice people and good interview questions. Only negative was the follow up. I had to reach back out to see if I was still being considered or not.
They recruited me out of school. I had 8 rounds of interviews, and was promised the job in the second to last interview with the last being a formality. They rescheduled my final interview three times with three different people. Ultimately did not get the role.
