I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Cintas (Montgomery, NY) in Mar 2014
Interview
Tedious and low of hypotheticals. I was given lots of scenario based questions that I had to answer. Total interviews were 5 or 6. Meet w service supervisor then service manager then office manager then gm then service director back to gm.
Multiple Interviews and one in person. Nice people and good interview questions. Only negative was the follow up. I had to reach back out to see if I was still being considered or not.
It was a fairly easy interview process. They asked questions about what I did in college as far as academics and internships. Nothing too difficult was covered. As long as you prepare, you will be fine.
They recruited me out of school. I had 8 rounds of interviews, and was promised the job in the second to last interview with the last being a formality. They rescheduled my final interview three times with three different people. Ultimately did not get the role.
