I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Cintas (Ontario, CA) in Sep 2014
Interview
Interview process took about a month. In order to hired at Cintas you need to interview with 4 people. Each person has a different set of questions. All questions ask you to give specific actions and scenarios. All managers where very polite and truly listened to you. I can advise people to be patient it is worth it. If you work hard you can advance in the company. If you decide you don't like Cintas after one to two years it looks great on a resume.

Question 1
Describe a time where you were forced to obey a managers orders even though you knew she was wrong.
The interview process is long, and can take up to a month. You end up having to do 4-5 interviews. They use the STAR method for interviewing. Overall not bad, but if you are expected to get hired quickly that will not be the case.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Cintas (San Antonio, TX) in Jan 2025
Interview
Very disconnected. There were no pleasant interdictions. They started asking "Tell me about a time" questions. Most of which seemed illogical in a work setting. The first interviewer was picking his nose and grunting. Second one was typing while conducting the interview. Very distracting and felt like you were sitting next to a court reporter.
