I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Cintas (Indianapolis, IN) in Mar 2016
Interview
There was a 3 tiered system of interviews, each with someone higher up in the interviewing process. First was an on campus recruiter that asked basic questions to get my overall interest level then I got to the second round of interviews where they asked more situational questions and how I would handle them. I had a pleasant experience interviewing with them and they were very accommodating with my schedule. They had nice facilities and everyone seemed involved in trying to show me a good time while I was there.

Question 1
Describe a project that you worked on within a group and a problem that came up with group members and how was it handled.
Multiple Interviews and one in person. Nice people and good interview questions. Only negative was the follow up. I had to reach back out to see if I was still being considered or not.
It was a fairly easy interview process. They asked questions about what I did in college as far as academics and internships. Nothing too difficult was covered. As long as you prepare, you will be fine.
They recruited me out of school. I had 8 rounds of interviews, and was promised the job in the second to last interview with the last being a formality. They rescheduled my final interview three times with three different people. Ultimately did not get the role.
