I applied through college or university. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Cintas (Newmarket, ON) in Oct 2016
Interview
Phone interview then In-person interview. At first, they called to set up a time for the phone interview, then said that they would contact you back in a week or so for an in-person interview.
Multiple Interviews and one in person. Nice people and good interview questions. Only negative was the follow up. I had to reach back out to see if I was still being considered or not.
It was a fairly easy interview process. They asked questions about what I did in college as far as academics and internships. Nothing too difficult was covered. As long as you prepare, you will be fine.
They recruited me out of school. I had 8 rounds of interviews, and was promised the job in the second to last interview with the last being a formality. They rescheduled my final interview three times with three different people. Ultimately did not get the role.
