I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Cintas (Denver, CO) in Nov 2016
Interview
My interview process: On campus interview, facility visit with 2 or more interviews, interview with general manager and hr director, interview with regional business director. It was a long and selective process but wasn't extremely tough.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you showed leadership in a job setting?
Multiple Interviews and one in person. Nice people and good interview questions. Only negative was the follow up. I had to reach back out to see if I was still being considered or not.
It was a fairly easy interview process. They asked questions about what I did in college as far as academics and internships. Nothing too difficult was covered. As long as you prepare, you will be fine.
They recruited me out of school. I had 8 rounds of interviews, and was promised the job in the second to last interview with the last being a formality. They rescheduled my final interview three times with three different people. Ultimately did not get the role.
